The Role
We’re looking for an Account Executive - Advertising OOH Sales Representative who’s hungry to learn, hustle, and grow into a top performer. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career — even a first job — who wants real-world sales experience in a fast-moving industry.
You’ll be responsible for helping generate new business, building relationships, and supporting the sales process from outreach to close.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and reach out to potential clients (calls, emails, in-person when needed)
- Help build and maintain a pipeline of advertisers and agencies
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
- Learn our inventory (billboards digital placements) and how to sell it effectively
- Follow up consistently with leads and opportunities
- Support senior sales team members on active deals
- Track activity
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic — someone who’s willing to put in the effort to succeed
- Positive attitude and coachability
- Comfortable talking to new people and handling rejection
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized and self-motivated
- Interest in sales, marketing, media, or advertising
Bonus (not required):
- Any prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience
- Familiarity with advertising or media
