Louisville CDL-A Regional Truck Driver

The Great Lane, the driver-recruiting and public-facing brand of Grewal Trucking Inc., is hiring four full-time CDL-A regional company drivers based in Louisville, Kentucky.

Earn up to $0.80 CPM based on experience. Eligible drivers may receive a $2,200 gross-pay guarantee for full scheduled workweeks under written company policy. Drivers typically run approximately 2,400–3,200 miles per week, although weekly miles are not guaranteed.

This position provides weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset at home. Drivers must be able to report to Louisville and use Louisville as their weekly reporting and home-time base. This is not a local home-daily, remote, or nationwide home-base position.

Pay, Miles and Home Time

• Up to $0.80 CPM based on experience
• Eligible $2,200 gross-pay guarantee for full scheduled workweeks
• Approximately 2,400–3,200 typical weekly miles
• Weekly home time
• Minimum 34-hour reset at home
• Pay and guarantee eligibility reviewed before acceptance

Route and Equipment

• Kentucky and Indiana to the Northeast and back
• Common operating states may include Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts, Maine, New York, and Virginia
• 2023-or-newer Volvo and Freightliner tractors
• 2027 Great Dane dry-van and flatbed trailers
• Exact tractor, trailer, and assignment details reviewed during hiring

Additional Compensation and Benefits

Qualifying payments and eligibility are governed by written company policy:

• $15 per hour after the first two hours of qualifying detention
• $175 for a qualifying company-related overnight layover
• $100 for each qualifying clean inspection
• Quarterly equipment-care recognition
• Two weeks paid vacation
• One-day paid orientation
• Pet-friendly policy
• Direct communication with Louisville recruiting

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Class A CDL
• Class A CDL held for at least two years
• At least one year of verified tractor-trailer experience
• No more than two moving violations during the previous 24 months
• No at-fault accidents during the previous 24 months
• Must meet DOT and company qualification requirements
• Must be able to report reliably to Louisville
• Must be willing to run Kentucky/Indiana to the Northeast and back
