Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering sales, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for our culture and cuisine. As a Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving catering sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of catering events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Catering Sales: Develop and implement strategies to achieve catering sales targets and increase revenue.
• Client Relationships: Source, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of catering events, ensuring all details are managed and clients receive top-notch service.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant management and kitchen teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of catering services.
• Promote Brand Values: Embody and promote The Great Greek's values of excellence, hospitality, and authenticity in all interactions and operations.
• Operational Support: Provide hands-on assistance to the restaurant operations team during off-peak periods to support the customer experience
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in catering sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the catering and hospitality industry, with insights into market trends and customer preferences.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Customer Service: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
