Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-store or online to understand their leisure product needs and preferences
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Achieve individual sales targets while supporting team goals through collaborative efforts
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience
