Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor, located at the Marin Country Mart. Weekend availability is required. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing the sales team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Additional responsibilities include coaching and training team members, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive retail environment to achieve store goals.
