About the Role
The Gravel Road Grill is looking for a reliable, upbeat, and hardworking Food Truck Crew Member to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of the heart of our operations — helping prep, serve, and keep the energy high while we deliver our signature Southern flavor to the streets.
Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
- Assist with food prep and restocking during service hours.
- Help load and unload the truck before and after events.
- Support daily setup, breakdown, and cleaning of the food truck.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, team-focused attitude.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Food service experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person!
