Who You Are
A successful boutique insurance firm based in Bergen County, New Jersey is looking for an Executive Assistant and overall Office Manager. The ideal candidate has supported senior executives in a small office as well as has a “no job too small" attitude to help with whatever tasks are necessary to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Support senior executives with all administrative needs, preparing and coordinating communications and complex personal/professional calendar management, prioritizing and responding on the Principals behalf.
- Manage office needs as required; coordinate technical support, handle some HR responsibilities, order supplies
- Handle accounts receivable/payable for vendors; track expense reports both personal and professional
- Organize and manage travel arrangements
- Assist with client meetings/event coordination
- Occasional out of hours availability via phone/email
What We Offer
Position Salary:
75k-80k
