Overview: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This is a great opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Seat guests and manage the seating chart - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists - Assist with cleaning and organizing the host/host station - Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operation - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns with professionalism and efficiency Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional guest services - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions.
