About the Role
We are seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Showroom Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the seamless functioning of both office and showroom environments. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs—balancing operational responsibilities with client-facing showroom support and event execution.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom & Office Operations
Oversee daily showroom and office operations, ensuring the space is consistently organized, clean, and presentation-ready
Maintain compliance with building and safety standards, including emergency access and general upkeep
Act as the primary point of contact for building management, vendors, and service providers
Coordinate all repairs, maintenance, and preventative upkeep
Manage office supplies, kitchen, and shared spaces to ensure they are fully stocked and well maintained
Handle deliveries, mail, and overall office logistics
Inventory & Merchandising
Maintain and track showroom inventory, including client product and backstock
Monitor supply levels and proactively communicate needs
Oversee unpacking, merchandising, and showroom floor setup according to client guidelines
Steam, fold, and prepare product for display with a high level of attention to detail
Showroom Support & Events
Support internal teams with showroom administration and day-to-day needs
Assist with on-site events, activations, and production as needed
Prepare and assemble gifting packages and support brand presentations
Influencer & Gifting Coordination
Assist with celebrity and influencer seeding initiatives
Maintain and update client status reports and tracking spreadsheets
Coordinate product orders, shipping/receiving, and inventory tracking
Track placements and ensure accurate reporting
Qualifications
1 year of experience in office management, showroom operations, facilities, or a similar role
Highly organized with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with hands-on, physical tasks (rearranging, lifting, setting up spaces)
Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and calm under pressure
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
