Some job duties include:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to office staff and client families.
- Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, including those with dementia or developmental disabilities.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Support clients in engaging in social activities and maintaining their independence.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Detail oriented with strong relationship building skills.
- Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions effectively.
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle.
- The ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week/weekends
