Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive top-notch service throughout their visit.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders using Micros POS systems.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines throughout service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Experience with Micros POS.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Previous fine dining or restaurant experience is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations in the food industry.
- Experience in bussing, hosting, or kitchen roles is beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $7.25 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
