Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, friendly service to every guest
- Create a welcoming, high-energy bar atmosphere
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and accurately
- Engage with patrons—remember names, build relationships, and keep them coming back
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly
- Support bar events, promotions, and themed nights
- Regularly promote and contribute to our evolving brand and elevated dive bar vibe
