Position Overview
The Front Desk Manager oversees all aspects of front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes, exceptional guest service, and effective team leadership. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest services.
- Recruit, train, and schedule front desk staff.
- Resolve guest complaints and service issues promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
- Monitor occupancy, prepare reports, and ensure billing accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Oversee front desk technology systems and supplies.
Qualifications
- 3 years of hotel/resort front desk or guest services experience.
- 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
