What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Batavia?
The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Batavia is currently seeking a staffing coordinator.
Duties Include:
Coordinate & plan staff schedules, taking staff needs into consideration.
Coordinating all staffing requirements in the Facility with the DON and Administrator.
Coordinate scheduling Per Diem staff on a monthly basis.
Address staff call-outs with urgency.
Assist with recruitment needs by advising HR of open positions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor.
Communicate will all staff and director with respect and professionalism.
Requirements Include:
Should have excellent computer skills (MS word, excel, outlook etc.).
Background & experience in staffing preferred, but willing to train.
Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.
Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.
