Responsibilities Include:
Security/Floor Tech duties include conducting overnight security rounds of the building and grounds, monitoring entrances and exits, cleaning and maintaining floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, buffing, and stripping/waxing as needed), reporting any safety concerns, and ensuring the overall upkeep and safety of the community.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Security and/or floor care experience preferred
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
