Position Overview
The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Guilderland is seeking a Temporary Social Worker for a 14-week assignment starting in June. In this role, you’ll support residents and their families through counseling, care planning, and coordination with our healthcare team.

Qualifications
