Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. This role involves assisting with event set up, pre-bussing lounge style tables, food and beverage running, assisting patrons with flow of service. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and setting up for service
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary options to assist guests effectively
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Manage guest experience by maintaining clean tables pre bussed appropriately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Previous experience with bussing, host/hostess duties is advantageous
- Professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for guest relations
