Who we are
We are a local grading & landscaping company gearing up for our next snow season. We hold multiple commercial snow contracts and are seeking experienced equipment operators to assist our snow removal operations. This is a part time, on-call type position over the winter months; however the right candidate may be considered for a full-time position if interested. Responsibilities
- Operate snow plows, salt spreaders, skid loaders, sidewalk machines, etc. to clear commercial properties of snow.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance before use.
- Follow established site safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain clear communication with team members regarding work progress and any equipment issues or hazards encountered.
- Keep detailed time/photo logs of work performed while on site.
Requirements
- Must have prior equipment operation experience.
- Ability to work on-call, many times overnight
- Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and basic maintenance of snow removal equipment is preferred.
- Detail oriented-Commercial clients expect excellent service and we must provide it.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to work sites.
- Must be insurable (no major traffic violations)

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
