The Grad Team is seeking experienced photographers for seasonal event work photographing college and high school commencement ceremonies. This is fast-paced, high-volume event photography where timing, professionalism, and attention to detail are critical. You’ll be capturing once-in-a-lifetime moments for graduates and their families.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:
- Fast-paced event photography
- Working calmly and professionally in high-pressure environments
- Collaborating smoothly with a team at dignified, formal events
Suggested minimum equipment: (Equipment is highly recommended and can increase pay but not required)
- 1 DSLR camera
- 1 medium zoom lens
- 1 on-camera flash/speedlight
- Flash bracket
Preferred additional equipment:
- Backup camera and lens (backups are your friend!)
- Long zoom lens (70–200mm)
- Laptop
Compensation & Perks:
- Pay based on experience and equipment
- Average rate: $25–$40 per hour
- Mileage paid to and from the job
- $15 per hour for travel time
- Room for growth and additional compensation if you can provide:
- Chromakey backdrop
- Studio lighting kit
