Desiring a supportive teaching environment with low student teacher ratios and abundant collaboration and support from Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, and other team members. Flexible in adapting strategies to ensure data-driven instructional decisions. What You Will Do: Oversee the academic instruction of students. Regularly communicate with families regarding student progress and performance. Serve as a multidisciplinary team member in collaboration with BCBAs, RBTs, PTs, OTs and SLPs to provide quality care to all students. Prepare students to participate and function in group settings. We work tirelessly everyday to bring new services to families. We were the first pediatric clinic in the region to offer BCBA-led professional developments for all our therapists. Additionally, our BCBAs, PTs, OTs, and SLPs have traveled the globe making a difference through our TEAMworks non-profit outreach.
