Overview:
The Grace House is a licensed Therapeutic Group Home located in Jeanerette, Louisiana. We serve adolescent boys referred through DCFS and Medicaid-funded programs who need more than just a place to stay—they need stability, guidance, and real support.

This is a part-time position averaging 20-30 hours a week.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with youth in group home or similar setting preferred.
- Must complete required training (CPR, Mandt/Handle With Care, etc.).
- Must pass background check and drug screen/TB test.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overnights.
Duties:
- Supervise and engage youth in daily routines, activities, and chores.
- Ensure resident safety and maintain structured environment.
- Document shift notes, behavior reports, and incident logs accurately.
- Assist with meal prep, cleaning, and transportation as needed.
- Implement behavior support strategies and de-escalation techniques.
- Support therapeutic goals outlined in treatment plans.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
