Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial offices, or hotel rooms, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure spotless surfaces.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote health and safety.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care using appropriate equipment to preserve flooring quality and appearance.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits.
- Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial work, janitorial services, or housekeeping management.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry operations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards clients and team members.
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is a plus but not mandatory.
