Q-DOG, a division of The Gott Company, is a local, dependable heating oil and propane delivery company that has serviced the communities of Maryland for over 80 years. Our parent company, The Gott Company, is a third-generation family-owned business. We have been in the fuel distribution business in Southern Maryland since 1945, and we were the first heating oil company in our area to expand into the propane business.
What You’ll Do & Position Expectations
- We pride ourselves on the customer experience! As a Q-DOG delivery driver, you are a key component in ensuring safe, prompt, and friendly delivery of oil and propane to our customers, both at work and at home. With your expertise and our state-of-the-art trucks and equipment, we will continue to offer the “best in industry” service to our customers!
- Please note: This position is being offered as a Full-Time position for our upcoming busy heating Season. This may evolve into a Full-Time permanent position at the end of the Season, depending on the needs of the business and individual work performance of the selected candidate.
What You’ll Need
- A Class B CDL with hazmat, tanker, and air brakes indorsements
- Ability to work various hours and overtime as needed
- Ability to speak and present information effectively with customers and fellow employees
- Must pass a DOT physical
- Ability to climb, bend, lift, and pull
- Ability to move or handle equipment weighing up to 75 lbs

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour

Experience:
- Driving: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
