The Goshen Brew, located in the heart of Goshen, IN, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Baristas. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or just starting your journey in the world of espresso machines, we’d love to meet you!

As a Barista at The Goshen Brew, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Crafting a variety of coffee and tea beverages with care and precision.
• Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a pleasant environment for both customers and team members.
• Assisting with restocking supplies and keeping inventory organized.
• Collaborating with team members to keep operations running smoothly.

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about coffee and enjoy connecting with people. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

• No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and grow!
• A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
