Event Management Staff
We are seeking dependable and energetic Event Management Staff to support the successful execution of our events. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, problem-solving on the spot, and being part of a team that creates memorable experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup, including equipment, signage, tents, tables, chairs, and décor.
- Support event logistics such as registration, packet pickup, and course setup.
- Help coordinate and manage volunteers during the event.
- Provide customer service to participants, vendors, and attendees.
- Ensure the event space remains clean, safe, and welcoming throughout the day.
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup after the event.
- Execute assigned event-day duties such as aid stations, finish line management, and directional support.
- Follow event timelines and instructions from event directors/managers.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment (up to 40 lbs).
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the event schedule.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to “jump in” wherever needed.
- Prior event, hospitality, or volunteer experience is a plus but not required.
