This is a full-time, on-site Server role located at The Goodyear House in Charlotte, NC. The Server will provide exceptional dining experiences by promptly attending to guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Other duties include clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, collaborating with team members to ensure efficient service, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The Server will also assist with menu knowledge, upselling, and providing recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming dining atmosphere.
- Proficiency in multitasking and time management, including handling multiple tables and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including using point-of-sale systems, understanding menu offerings, and providing accurate recommendations.
