  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
  • Promote automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital capabilities where appropriate.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Data, Analytics & Information Management

  • Establish enterprise data governance standards, policies, and ownership structures.
  • Improve data quality, accessibility, consistency, and security across the organization.
  • Enhance reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop enterprise-wide visibility into technology, operational, and business performance metrics.

Cybersecurity, Risk Management & Compliance

  • Oversee cybersecurity strategy, policies, controls, and operating procedures across the enterprise.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of enterprise systems and information assets.
  • Develop business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology resilience capabilities.
  • Identify and mitigate technology-related risks across the organization.

Enterprise Systems, Infrastructure & Technology Operations
