Our neighboring community, The Village Health & Rehabilitation, offers rehabilitation, long-term care and memory care when additional services or care is needed. SUMMARY OF ROLE:
The Caregiver plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to provide residents with routine daily care services in a caring and respectful manner in accordance with the assessment and service plan.
