Job Title: Purchasing/Inventory Assistant
Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing/Inventory Assistant to manage inventory, process purchase orders, maintain stockroom organization, and fulfill daily supply requests in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and replenish office supply inventory
- Process purchase orders and verify incoming shipments
- Maintain an organized stockroom
- Fulfill supply requests via email, phone, E-REQ, and walk-ups
- Process business card and memo pad requests
- Track borrowed inventory items and ensure timely returns
- Prepare reports and maintain vendor documentation
- Process recycled toner cartridge returns
- Follow all company information security policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Prior stockroom or inventory experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
