Bath Aide - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Escort residents to and from meals, activities, and events
-
Accurately complete daily charting and documentation
-
Monitor and promptly report any changes in resident condition to the nurse

Support resident mobility using appropriate equipment and follow individualized care plans

Adhere to all established infection control and safety policies and procedures
