Part-Time Sales Associate - Fridays & Saturdays (Mall Location)

Location: Grapevine Mills Mall - 3000 Grapevine Mills Pkwy #53, Grapevine, TX 76051

Job Type: Temporary / Part-time

Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (4-hour shifts).
This is a temporary position. Continuation or additional hours will depend on performance and business needs.

Pay
$12.00 per hour base daily performance bonuses based on your individual net sales for the shift:

• $200 – $249 → $1.50 per hour
• $250 – $324 → $3.00 per hour
• $325 – $399 → $4.50 per hour
• $400 → $6.00 per hour

Bonuses are calculated from the net sales you personally generate during the shift and applied to your hourly rate for that shift.

About the Role
We need a reliable, outgoing person to cover Friday and Saturday evening shifts at our mall location on a temporary basis. This is a fast-paced retail environment. You will actively engage with passersby, start conversations, greet customers, learn our products (candles, Room sprays, and fragrance oils), and help drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with people walking by and invite them to stop and look
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, outgoing approach
• Learn product details and make recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately via our POS system.
• Keep the sales area clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist with light restocking or displays as needed

Requirements

• Available every Friday and Saturday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Consistent punctuality and reliable attendance required. Unexcused absences or last-minute call-outs may result in ending the temporary assignment
• Reliable transportation to the GM mall
• Ability to stand and remain active on the sales floor for the full 4-hour shift
• Outgoing personality with the ability to comfortably approach and engage passersbys
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Professional focus while working: personal phone use is limited. No personal calls, no social media, and no headphones or earbuds while on the sales floor
• Ability to learn product information quickly (training provided)
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
