This is a part-time, for an Experienced Trial Attorney at The Good Law Group. Responsibilities include preparing and representing clients in Social Security hearings. You will need to be able to cross examine medical and vocational experts. The role requires meticulous preparation for trial proceedings as part of the firm's commitment to providing effective advocacy and personalized representation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise trying cases
- Familiarity with courtroom proceedings, including courtroom etiquette and procedures
- Significant experience in Trials, including trial preparation and argumentation
- Proficiency in reviewing and understanding medical concepts
- Bar certification
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively while independently managing caseloads
