As part of Easy Step Enterprises, you will lead a team in a high-ticket retail sales environment, helping customers find relief from foot, knee, hip, and back pain through personalized solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 base salary
- 5.0% commission
- Paid training (5–6 weeks) ongoing development

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing retail sales team focused on consultative sales and customer experience
- Drive store sales, revenue growth, and KPI performance in a commission-based, high-ticket sales environment ($1,500 solutions)
- Act as a player-coach, actively selling while guiding team members on building trust and educating customers—not transactional selling
- Train and coach team members on:
- Consultative sales techniques
- CRM usage (Salesforce or similar systems)
- Customer relationship management and follow-ups
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory, and daily retail operations
- Ensure consistent use of CRM systems for tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer retention
- Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent to build a strong team
- Maintain a positive, performance-driven retail culture aligned with company values
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring a strong customer experience
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, or Sales Leader
- Proven success in retail sales, commission sales, or high-ticket sales environments
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, coaching, and performance development
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on sales performance and ownership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail sales environment
Preferred Experience:
- Consultative sales (fitness, healthcare, automotive, mattress, or luxury retail)
- Experience leading teams in commission-based or performance-driven sales roles
- Background in customer-focused retail environments
