About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-driven Store Manager who loves sales, leads with purpose, and is motivated by helping people feel better every day. In this role, you will own the performance of your store, inspire your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and turn meaningful customer conversations into strong sales results. You’ll lead by example, coach for consistency, and create a store culture built on accountability, teamwork, and genuine care for every customer who walks through the door.

What You’ll Do:

• Own overall store performance by driving sales, customer satisfaction, team execution, and daily operations.
• Lead consultative sales conversations that focus on understanding customer needs, solving problems, and helping people improve their comfort, mobility, and quality of life.
• Coach and motivate the team to consistently follow Signature Steps, build trust with customers, and close sales with confidence and integrity.
• Set clear expectations, track performance, and use sales metrics to identify opportunities, celebrate wins, and push for continuous improvement.
• Develop, lead, and coach a high-performing team through regular feedback, training, role play, and accountability.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training to ensure the store is staffed with people who are aligned with the brand, values, and performance standards.
• Create a positive store culture where team members are engaged, customer-focused, and committed to results.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally, de-escalate issues when needed, and know when to escalate appropriately.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, reporting, opening and closing procedures, store appearance, and compliance with company policies.
• Participate in store and company-wide meetings, both virtual and in person, as determined appropriate by the company.
• Embrace the Easy Step Vision, Mission, Values, and overall brand in every customer and team interaction.
• Occasionally travel to other stores to provide support or assistance as needed.

Compensation:

Salary Commission Monthly Bonus

• Average annual compensation of salary, commission, and bonus: $55,000-$100,000.
• Base salary rates are paid every two weeks.
• Commission is a set structure of 5%
• Commission is paid monthly.
• Monthly bonuses are based on overall store sales performance.
• Bonuses are paid the following month.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with constant talking, standing, walking, kneeling, assisting customers to remove or put on shoes, bending, reaching, and the ability to assist customers on their walk and balance tests as appropriate
• Lifting up to 40 pounds
• Ascending or descending ladders or step stools
