What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Associate / Sales Consultant, you'll work one-on-one with customers to understand their needs and recommend personalized arch support solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service from greeting through purchase
• Build rapport and create a welcoming customer experience
• Conduct personalized product demonstrations and fittings
• Recommend customized solutions using consultative sales techniques
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Educate customers on premium foot wellness products and accessories
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training
• Support inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations
• Accurately process sales and customer information
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals

Schedule

This is a full-time retail position.

Store Hours:

• Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM

Weekend availability, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, is required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, and assist customers with product fittings
• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Safely climb and descend ladders
• Perform personalized product measurements and fittings
