You will:
- Set the tone for a calm, professional, customer-first experience
- Coach and support your team in delivering a thoughtful, proven process
- Lead by example—present, polished, and engaged on the floor
- Help maintain consistency, accountability, and strong daily execution
This isn’t sit-back management.
You’re in it with your team—guiding, supporting, and raising the standard.
