What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of store operations, including performance, team morale, and daily execution
- Drive sales and profitability by setting priorities and holding the team accountable to goals
- Trains sales associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Support store operations including systems processing, inventory management, and chargebacks
- Conduct personalized, oneonone consultations to uncover each customers pain points, lifestyle needs, and goals
- Demonstrate and fit customers with the right arch support solutions to improve comfort, alignment, and overall wellness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
- Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain organized customer records
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business
- Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and promotions
- 2 years of experience in retail/sales
- 1 years of experience leading or managing a team
- Proven customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, think critically, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
