Responsibilities
- Oversee cashiering operations, including POS systems, and transaction accuracy
- Manage inventory levels
- Oversee social media accounts and special add on events
- Coordinate shift management, scheduling, and ensure smooth daily operations
- Implement pricing strategies, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives to boost sales
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Move dogs and cats of all sizes safely and securely throughout our facility
Requirements
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both managerial communication and customer interactions
- Proficiency with POS systems, computers and social media
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for pricing, budgeting, and bookkeeping tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong phone etiquette skills along with excellent organizational abilities
- The ability to safely control dogs as they enter and depart
