Responsibilities
- Installing and removing signs from properties (directionals, open house signs, etc.)
- Installing and removing lock boxes from properties
- Making copies of keys
- Ensuring all listings have flyers in the box
- Turning on/off lights for listings/showings
- Turning on/off AC
- Making sure all listings are locked
- Keeping Inventory of Signs/Riders
- Keeping Sign Room/Office Storage/Public Storage Organized
- Running Errands
- Misc. Tasks
