Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Receptionist/Call Center Representative to perform a variety of clerical tasks. Duties of the Receptionist/Call Center Representative include providing excellent customer service skills to potential clients and completing daily tasks in a timely manner. Candidate must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality with minimal supervision. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while being extremely organized.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in person.
  • Greet and check in all guests with a positive attitude.
  • Answers, screens, and transfers phone calls.
  • Receives and distributes office mail.
  • Schedule and follow up with potential clients via phone and email.
  • Process cash, credit card, money order and check payments.
  • Confirm client’s appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Other duties assigned.

Required Language:

  • English
  • Spanish

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Two years of receptionist experience preferred.
