Role Description The Golf Coach will deliver high-quality golf instruction to junior athletes through individual lessons, group sessions, and on-course coaching. This full-time, on-site role in Ridgefield, CT includes designing and implementing training plans, monitoring athlete performance, and using technology and data to inform coaching decisions. The coach will collaborate with other members of the academy staff to support athletes’ physical, technical, and mental development, while reinforcing the academy’s standards of discipline and sportsmanship. Additional responsibilities include coordinating practice schedules, providing tournament preparation and feedback, maintaining a safe practice environment, and communicating regularly with athletes and families about progress and goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Golf Instruction and Coaching.

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Golf Management.
- Prior experience coaching junior or youth athletes in a competitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use performance data, video analysis, and golf technology effectively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills, with a focus on athlete development and well-being.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and travel for tournaments as needed.
- Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., PGA or equivalent) and experience in high-performance or academy settings are preferred.
