Job Description for Housekeeping

Housekeeper

Laundry Worker/Custodian
III. Essential Functions
Clean/ maintain cleanliness of buildings and wash/fold laundry
IV. Additional Responsibilities
1 Maintain general cleanliness of all buildings
2 Vacuuming, dusting, window washing of all buildings on property
3 Empty waste and recycle bins
4 Clean restrooms, sinks, stalls and showers on property including on-course restroom
5 Refill sundries in locker rooms and restrooms on property
6 Supply locker rooms with fresh towels and robs
7 Maintain stock of towels and report any shortages.
8 Replace light bulbs that have blown out
9 Empties linen hampers; receives soiled linen
10 Separates and counts linen
11 Loads and operates washers
12 Loads and operates dryers
13 Presses linen immediately after drying
14 Folds and stores linen by type
15 Cleans laundry room and linen room
16 Takes linen inventory periodically and reports shortages
17 Lubricates laundry machines as required
18 Requisitions laundry supplies
V. Reports to
Food and Beverage Director
VI. Supervises
No supervisory duties are included in this position
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
