About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Executive to drive both retail and fleet sales at our Mesa location and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing high-value accounts, and helping large organizations find the right cart solutions. You’ll handle everything from posting inventory to negotiating multi-cart deals, making every day fast-paced and rewarding.
Responsibilities
- Retail Sales: Post and promote golf carts online with compelling, accurate listings, respond to leads quickly, schedule and manage in-person test drives, and guide customers through the entire buying process.
- Fleet & Commercial Sales: Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with businesses, HOAs, schools, resorts, event companies, and contractors seeking multi-unit purchases.
- Respond to inbound fleet inquiries and also proactively generate new opportunities through outreach and networking.
- Prepare professional fleet proposals and present financing/leasing options where needed.
- Coordinate with service, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and setup of large orders.
- Track industry trends and maintain expert-level product knowledge (Club Car, EZGO, Bintelli, lithium battery upgrades, etc.).
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while providing 5-star customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales (automotive, RV, powersports, equipment, or fleet sales experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills—comfortable dealing with both individuals and decision-makers at large organizations.
- Organized, self-driven, and capable of juggling multiple retail and fleet opportunities at once.
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRM tools, online listing platforms, and lead follow-up systems.
- Team player with integrity, hustle, and a strong work ethic.
- Bonus points if you have knowledge of golf carts, outdoor equipment, or corporate procurement.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$30/hr base pay (depending on experience).
- Commission on every sale—fleet commissions scale with deal size.
