Front Office & Operations Manager

The Golden Bone Pet Resort – Pittsburgh, PA
22–26/hour Bonuses

This is a leadership role—not a basic front desk position.

The Golden Bone Pet Resort is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Front Office & Operations Manager to oversee daily front-end operations at our established pet care facility (serving Pittsburgh since 1988).

What You’ll Do

  • Lead front desk operations (check-in, check-out, bookings, payments)
  • Create and manage employee schedules across departments
  • Coordinate daily operations with grooming, daycare, and kennel teams
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
  • Manage vendor ordering and inventory
  • Work directly with ownership to ensure smooth, efficient operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, scheduling, or operations
  • Strong organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Pet care, veterinary, hospitality, or service industry experience is a plus

Compensation

  • 22–26/hour (based on experience)
  • Monthly Quarterly Bonuses tied to performance and business growth
  • Paid vacation 401(k) eligibility after 1 year

Schedule

  • 30 hours per week (consistent, leadership-level role)
  • Must be available for a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends
