This is a leadership role—not a basic front desk position.
The Golden Bone Pet Resort is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Front Office & Operations Manager to oversee daily front-end operations at our established pet care facility (serving Pittsburgh since 1988).
What You’ll Do
- Lead front desk operations (check-in, check-out, bookings, payments)
- Create and manage employee schedules across departments
- Coordinate daily operations with grooming, daycare, and kennel teams
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
- Manage vendor ordering and inventory
- Work directly with ownership to ensure smooth, efficient operations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, or operations
- Strong organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Pet care, veterinary, hospitality, or service industry experience is a plus
Compensation
- 22–26/hour (based on experience)
- Monthly Quarterly Bonuses tied to performance and business growth
- Paid vacation 401(k) eligibility after 1 year
Schedule
- 30 hours per week (consistent, leadership-level role)
- Must be available for a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends
