Duties
- Greet members warmly upon arrival and manage waitlist procedures with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Escort members to their tables, ensuring a smooth and welcoming seating process
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to relay guest needs and expedite food delivery as a Food Runner
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables promptly
- Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders or assist with transactions when needed
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns courteously and efficiently
- Support the team during busy service periods by assisting with guest inquiries via phone etiquette and in-person interactions
Experience
- Previous Host/Hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Knowledge of guest services, serving protocols, and hospitality standards enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude during high-pressure situations

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
