The Golden Age LLC is seeking compassionate and reliable On-Call Babysitters to join our professional childcare team. We are more than a babysitting service—we provide thoughtful, developmentally enriching care that supports each child’s growth. Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in meaningful, age-appropriate activities (storytelling, play, crafts, games, music).
- Support family routines such as meals, bedtime, and daily transitions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment in the family’s home.
- Communicate effectively with parents and with The Golden Age team about service details.
- Represent The Golden Age with professionalism, respect, and warmth.
Qualifications
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training—our team supports this).
- Previous babysitting/childcare experience preferred.
- Ability to engage children creatively using home resources.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to adapt to different family needs.
- Must pass a clear background check.
