Role Description
The Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships between The Gold Studios’ comedy creators and global brands. Day-to-day activities include prospecting potential partners, leading pitch meetings, negotiating partnership terms, and maintaining strong relationships with brand and agency stakeholders. The Partnerships Manager will collaborate closely with creators, production teams, and account managers to design campaigns, align brand objectives with creator content, and monitor performance of partnership activations. The role also involves tracking market trends, preparing partnership reports, and contributing to long-term growth strategies for the business.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating creator partnerships. (6 months - 1 year)
- Proficiency in Account Management, with a track record of nurturing long-term partner relationships and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret campaign performance, assess partnership value, and inform data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident presentation abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in media, entertainment, influencer marketing, or digital content ecosystems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven negotiation skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
