At The Gold Studios, we create the most exciting creator-led entertainment formats across sport, culture, comedy and conversation. From American football to boxing and everything in between, our shows are built to spark reactions, build community and travel across social.
We’re now hiring two Social Content Executives to support the editing, publishing and day-to-day running of our multi-sport social channels. You’ll help turn raw moments into high-impact short-form content, write platform-native copy, schedule posts, track performance and keep our channels firing every single day.
This role sits at the core of our Social division, working closely with our Channel Managers and Community Manager to ensure every piece of content lands with impact.
What You’ll Do
- Edit high-energy short-form clips across football, boxing and wider sport formats using Premiere Pro/CapCut.
- Cut down raw footage from shows into strong, platform-native assets for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X.
- Write sharp, engaging social copy tailored to each platform’s style and audience.
- Schedule and publish daily content across all channels, ensuring cadence, consistency and quality.
- Manage upload admin including titles, tags, thumbnails, metadata and cross-platform optimisation.
- Support basic community management by monitoring comments and surfacing notable audience reactions.
- Maintain social calendars, content pipelines and channel hygiene to keep everything running smoothly.
- Track weekly performance metrics, pulling simple reports and highlighting early insights.
- Stay on top of trends, formats and sport-relevant moments to feed into content decisions.
- Collaborate with Channel Managers on rollout strategies and with Producers on shoots and content delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience editing short-form social content.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels, Shorts and what makes content land.
- Solid copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across channels.
- Experience publishing content and managing multi-platform posting workflows.
- Good organisational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Attention to detail when it comes to quality control, metadata and scheduling.
- A keen interest in sport culture - football, boxing and wider entertainment formats.
- A genuine love for creators, short-form content and the social landscape.
