Skincare Production Associate

Job Summary

The Skincare Production Associate plays a key role in accurately preparing, making, blending, filling, labeling, and packaging holistic skincare products, including butters, oils, waters, powders, and cleaning solutions.

This position requires attention to detail, consistency, precision, and adherence to company procedures to maintain high-quality standards. The associate must comply with all workplace safety, sanitation, and production regulations. During peak seasons, production demands may increase, requiring flexibility in a fast-paced environment and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

· Measure and prepare ingredients according to established formulas, ensuring accuracy and product consistency.

· Blend ingredients as directed, following written and verbal instructions.

· Operate mixers, scales, and other production equipment safely and in accordance with OSHA standards.

· Fill, cap, clean, and label containers accurately, ensuring correct product information and presentation.

· Type, print, and apply product labels as needed, ensuring legibility and compliance with labeling guidelines.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area in compliance with The Goddess Collection’s safety and hygiene standards.

· Report any safety hazards, spills, or injuries immediately to the CEO.

· Follow established quality control procedures to prevent cross-contamination or defective products.

· Monitor daily inventory of supplies and finished goods; communicate shortages to CEO or the Operations Manager.

· Store completed products in designated shelving or storage areas to maintain organization and workflow.

· Perform other related duties as assigned to meet production goals and support team needs.

· Consistent adherence to safety, sanitation, and production procedures.

· Accuracy in ingredient measurements, blending, and labeling.

· Timely completion of assigned production batches and shift goals.

· Positive contribution to team morale, cooperation, and communication.

· Maintenance of product quality with minimal errors or rework required.

Work Environment

The position involves repetitive hand motions, lifting up to 30 pounds, and sitting for extended periods.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.

· Prior production, assembly, or skincare manufacturing experience is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

· Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.

· Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and product quality.

· Interest in natural wellness, skincare, or herbal production preferred.
