Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Instruction
- Implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans using the Wonder of Learning® curriculum
- Inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning in every child
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Demonstrate strong classroom leadership and organization
- Build positive relationships with families through clear, consistent communication
- Supervise children at all times, ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards
- Observe and document children’s development and progress
- Work closely with other teachers to support a positive team culture
- Model and implement positive discipline and social-emotional learning strategies
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred
- CDA (Child Development Associate) or higher required
- Previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting strongly preferred
- Must be dependable, hardworking, and genuinely enjoy working with children
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

- Is reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic
- Has prior childcare or preschool experience
- Can start immediately
Salary : $18 - $22
